• Any unused item without customizations added, may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase with a 35% restocking fee.
• Credit will only be given for items with an RMA label.
• No returns on seasonal items

We take full responsibility for orders shipped incorrectly. We will send you a label and refund shipping fees, provided we are notified within 30 days of receipt of item.
