Return Policy

• Any unused item that is not customized can be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original packaging only.
• Credit will only be given for items with an RMA label.
• Certain non-stock items may be subject to a restocking fee.
• No returns on seasonal items

We take full responsibility for orders shipped incorrectly. We will send you a label and refund shipping fees, provided we are notified within 30 days of receipt of item.
